Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does processing take?

Processing times vary depending on order volume and bundle type. We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible! You'll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.

How long does delivery take?

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days via standard shipping.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. 📦

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. If something arrives broken or not as expected, please reach out to us and we'll work with you to find a solution. We want you to love your order! 💜

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
